Description
Made in Japan. We wrapped raw Okinawan brown sugar into the centre of this smooth and rich brown sugar candy, making it a 2-layer candy. In order to cook down the Okinawan sugar cane juice into a concentrated and solidified form where its flavour is at its best, we used a specially made thick layered copper pot with a direct fire method (high temperature over a direct fire). This process created the brown sugar's enjoyable flavour, richness and smooth taste.
